This is not a full-remote position, but it may evolve to include work-from-home time. Because of necessary training and logistics, this will start out as an in-office position.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish new customer relationships and follow up with existing customers.
- Provide accurate and friendly customer service.
- Know and understand the insurance products we sell so you can confidently represent and sell them.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interacting with people of all kinds
- Experience managing client relationships
- Interest in creating conversations to identify product and service needs
- Good communication skills - verbal, listening, and email
